Once a purchase decision has been reached one of our sales team will carry out an on site survey – which normally takes no more than 15 to 20 minutes.

A convenient installation date will be made – normally within two to three weeks of you signing your contract.

Generally the work would be carried out in under a day by our highly skilled installation teams. Once the work is completed the team leader would inspect the work with you and ensure that the work areas are clean and tidy and of course safe, with cavity wall this includes all flue checks and vent checks.

The final part of the process is the completion of any necessary paperwork and then payment to the insulation team upon completion.
